Apparently there are rumours about Gohan, Piccolo and Pan becoming main characters?

I would not minder at all Gohan would get a more propper role like in Z. And if there would be an arc with only them, why not?

But what i really wouldn't like is Goku and Vegeta being placed in the master Yoda-role. Only appearing as deux ex machina if really needed and as trainers / power-testers.
It has to remain that way. Goku and Vegeta have to stay main characters as such, because the story is about them.

I think it's weird Tori would approve this, since Gohan isn't even in the manga right now.

This is false news, the only thing said is that the Tournament of Power will end in March 2018. The series likely isn't ending yet, otherwise they would have said the series was ending at that point. Which they didn't say.

I agree with you on this.

Bit if i had to have a new series i would like it to take place in U6 with there sayains. I dont matter if it takes place after super or before even ball. Something do do with cabba and them or Hit.

Super can end. The first round of communication was a bit unlucky, but it wasn't completely incorrect. We only have guarantees for Super to continue till March. The Dragonball-franchise will continue after that. It could be as Super. But it could be a new series starting with the end of Z as well. It has to be a series to be commercial beneficial. One or two movies won't be enough to sell enough toys or games. What could be an intresting concept: less episodes but with higher quality. I'd rather have 12 / 24 super quality episodes (with some extented episodes) each year than 50 with medium quality, if they are able to schedule things better to avoid ROF-arc-like-fiascos.

That's a horrible idea bro. And that's not how the industry works. While the idea sounds good in paper. In reality it falls short by a very large amount for long running anime series. I suggest you go read up that article Justin wrote about 5 years ago regarding why your idea is basically a very horrible and a risky business decision to make for long running anime series. Here is an excerpt from his article that explains why your idea is basically retarded and/or shouldn't be taken seriously for long running anime series,

Justin

Anime production is an extremely labor-intensive proposition, employing the services of up to 2,000 people per episode around the world. Most of the grunt work is now done in third world countries across Asia, and the use of digital technology has reduced costs across the board. Anime production is now as efficient as it's ever been.

That said, a single anime episode costs about US$100,000-300,000 per episode, according to various producers we've talked to. That might seem like a lot, but in reality it's pretty cheap, about on par with an American deep-cable TV show. (An American prime-time TV show can cost well into the millions.) But multiplied across 13 episodes, that nonetheless turns into a total budget of US$2-4 million.

That's a lot of money. Few companies are rich enough to invest that much in a single show. If it tanked and they lost all that money, most would never be able to recover.

And,
Justin

The truth is, producing an anime is a herculean task: a gigantic amount of money and manpower get poured into every production well behind the scenes, before a single drawing is even created. The stakes are huge for every company involved, and every season will have a number of winners and losers.

I wouldn't mind another format. As long as Goku and Vegeta stay main characters. If Super just continues on a weekly basis, that's fine by me.

Yeah, Super isn't ending anytime soon. It's only the tournament that's ending in March. The interview also mentions Toriyama having plenty of ideas to keep this thing going, so I wouldn't be surprised if we got a movie and the show continued into 2019.
